The Edgewater Resources Administrative Assistant will work in Madison, Wisconsin as the administrative assistant to the Principal by coordinating the office calendar, the principal’s calendar, updating licenses, coordinating travel, as well as assist in the marketing process by developing presentations under the direction of the project manager and the marketing and graphics administrator.

Well developed communication skills and creativity, time management skills, ability to collaborate, professional flexibility, passion and enthusiasm for organization and presentation skills.
Flexible hours, part-time leading to full-time. Days and hours of work vary by schedule and season.
This is a non-exempt position.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Editing of internally prepared reports, including finalizing a consistent style if multiple authors

Be responsible for the initial outlines of the delivery package so all forms and submittal requirements are identified and completed

Assume final responsibility for the assembly, packaging and issuing of reports

Preparing and editing power point presentations for in person and virtual delivery

Creating basic arithmetic spreadsheets for processing and presenting data

Plotting project budget performance

Developing cost estimates
-
Creating technical report graphics
-

Researching general information as needed for technical or business activities

Website searches

Travel options
-

IT POC for office

Qualifications
-
Associates degree or higher education with business administration experience.

Experience of working with the public using solid communication skills is essential.

Workable understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

The ability to hold oneself responsible for meeting deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to maintain high-level and consistent work ethic in all work-related duties.

QUALIFICATIONS
